This itinerary worked for me and it can work for you.  You might need to change it around a bit, especially arrival and departure since that depends on what flights you are able to secure.  My flight was from the West Coast of the U.S.  You can also add or subtract days to your pleasure.  Hot links take you to more information about the place.

Conor Pass to Dingle Peninsula

overnight at The Lantern Townhouse B&B
dinner at Ashes Bar; drinks and music at O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Pub

Day 4
drive Ring of Dingle
depart Dingle Town
explore Adare
overnight at Adare Country House Guest House
dinner in a pub

Day 5
drop car at Dublin airport
arrive Dublin
shop Grafton Street
overnight Merrion Hotel
dinner at The Market Bar

Day 6
Book of Kells
shopping near Grafton Street
National Gallery
Art Tea at Merrion
overnight Merrion Hotel

Day 7
check out; store bags at Merrion Hotel
Temple Bar district
Ha’penny Bridge
National Museum of Ireland--Archaeology
Merrion Square Park
dinner at O’Neill’s Pub
pick up bags and move to Leeson Bridge House

Day 8
Guinness Storehouse tour
overnight Leeson Bridge House

Day 9
