This is a dip I formulated myself based on one I tasted in a restaurant. My entire family loves to dip soft chunks of fresh French bread in it. It can also pass as a delicious salad dressing. I find that every time I make this I tend to add more parsley and have started using a spoon to put it on bread.
1/4 cup parsley, chopped 6 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tsp. red pepper flakes 1/2 cup olive oil 2 Tbl. balsamic vinegar salt and pepper Mix.
