This is my take on a delicious green lemonade I enjoyed at Real Food Daily in Los Angeles. They seem to change their recipe in the restaurant regularly, so I feel a freedom in changing around the composition of the various ingredients.
1 c. loose kale 1 stalk celery, cut in pieces ½ sweet apple, cut in pieces ½ cup cucumber, cut in pieces juice of ½ lemon 2 cups water Put in blender and process for about a minute. Serve with ice.
Serves two.
