CURRY DIP WITH RAW CAULIFLOWER

This was my father’s favorite  appetizer.


1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl. curry powder
1 tea. cumin
1 tea. tumeric (optional; adds color).

          Mix well.  Put in serving bowl and refrigerate (overnight is good but not necessary).

1 cauliflower, broken in small flowerettes
          Place around the center dip bowl or in a separate bowl.
