I have made these spectacular biscuits for many of our family Thanksgiving dinners.  They are especially delicious served with butter and honey.

2 cups flour
1 Tbl. baking powder
¾ tsp. salt
1 Tbl. sugar
          Combine.

1¼ cup cream (or 1 cup cream + ¼ cup milk)
Mix in until moist.  Knead on a floured board 8-10 times.  Pat into a 1” thick square.  Cut 12 squares.

2 Tbl. butter
Melt and brush across top of each square.  Put on ungreased baking
sheet.

425-degrees, 12 minutes or until browned.

Makes 12 biscuits.
