CLASSIC MARGARITA 1-2-3

This is the classic drink, with no frills and no salt (all the better for your blood pressure).  I usually substitute Meyer lemons in for the lime juice because they grow profusely in my garden.  Here’s how they make margaritas at the famous Kentucky Club & Grill bar in Juarez, Mexico, which is said to be the birthplace of the Margarita.

1 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
3 oz. tequila
Measure into a blender.  Add lots of ice.  Serve in a pretty glass.

Serves 2.
