ALBANY’s BEST Restaurants

Bua Luang Thai Cuisine  1166 Solano Ave./Cornell Ave.  .  Featuring a more modern vibe since remodeling, this restaurant’s ingredients are fresh, spicing simple, and portions generous.  Sauces are freshly made and do not include MSG.  Stars on the menu include empanada-like curry puffs, thick Panang beef curry, and an unusual, tasty pumpkin curry.  Dark brown rice and a large selection of seafood and vegetarian items are also available.  Lunch specials are on the pricey side but include a crispy salad with tasty dressing and a choice of several appetizers.
